undone What five ways would you tempt fate?

Serena Moore no longer believed in fate, why believe in something that will just hurt you and take things from you?  In eighth grade she met her best friend Kori.  When she came across Kori she was smoking in the girls bathroom and told Serena that they had more in common then she knew.  Ever since that day Kori and Serena had been inseparable.  They are now in high school and Kori keeps trying to get Serena to be more outgoing, making her do crazy dares, but at the same time taking care of her.

But what Serena didn’t know what Kori held a secret.  One very close to her heart and she hadn’t even told her about it.  After everything goes up in flames, Serena is left wondering and with two lists of things to tempt fate.  Can she accomplish everything?

Serena also had a secret,  she longed for her father, even though she never knew him.  She had shared the secret with Kori though and Kori wasn’t to happy about it. After everything Serena started keep it all bottled up inside and wasn’t sure if she would ever be able to let it all out again.

Sorry about the very vague review but I didn’t want to give anything away!  This is a wonderful book full of friendship and maybe even a couple life lessons.  The writing is superb and I would recommend this to any kind of reader, well, unless you are completely devoted to Stephen King lol.  But if you ever venture into the realm of YA thing one is definitely for you.  And if you are still in high school this is a must read!  The twist and turns keep you guessing all the way to the end along with the authors skill at making you feel the emotions of the characters.  Brooke Taylor is a wonderful writer and I will definitely be looking for more books by her in the future and purchasing this one for my collection.
